An Industry First
In 2022 we launched the Haylo People Talent & Salary Insights Survey. Our survey compiles data from Industry professionals Australia-wide and focusses on salary expectations, employment conditions, trends and other factors affecting our industry.
The objective of the Survey is to support both employers and employees within the industry by delivering specific data and analysis. Our aim is to provide greater insight as to where our industry is placed right now and the direction we can see it moving in. The survey has been well received by the industry and has delivered results far beyond our expectations.

"In the last twelve months we have seen a seismic shift in the way those employed within Workers Compensation view their own industry. Their priorities seem to have changed, with a swing away from favouring security and stability within a role, to where workers are now feeling confident looking for new opportunities and negotiating increased salaries and better working conditions. The sheer speed of change seems to have caught many employers off-guard."
Andrew Smith - Director, Haylo People
