An annual industry survey capturing workforce trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment insights across Personal Injury, WHS/Occupational Rehabilitation, and General Insurance. The report is a free resource for both professionals and employers. - Who should participate in the 2026 salary survey?
We invite all professionals and employers currently working within:
– General Insurance (Claims, Underwriting, Broking, etc.)
– Personal Injury (Workers’ Compensation, CTP, Life Insurance)
– Work Health Safety (WHS) and Occupational Rehabilitation - Is my survey data confidential and anonymous?
Yes. All responses are confidential and presented only as aggregated industry data. No names or identifying details are included in the final report. - How long does the survey take?
Most participants complete the survey in approximately 5–7 minutes. - When will the 2026 Talent & Salary Insights Report be released?
The final report will be released and available to download in June 2026. - How do I enter the weekly wellbeing competition?
At the end of the survey, you’ll be asked if you’d like to register for our 4-week wellbeing competition. Winners are announced weekly on the HAYLO People LinkedIn page. - How can my business use these insights for 2026 planning?
